ONE PARKER PLAZA

This is a community-driven effort focused on encouraging respectful communication, informed engagement, and long-term stability within our condominium, One Parker Plaza. 


Parker Plaza is a large, complex residential community undergoing necessary modernization after more than five decades of use. These projects, while essential, bring financial, operational, and emotional strain. Our intent is to acknowledge those realities while promoting dialogue that is constructive, fact-based, and forward-looking. If you have any questions or wish to get involved, please feel free to contact us.


This initiative is not affiliated with the Board, any candidate, or any management entity. It exists solely to support healthier communication and broader participation from owners who care about the future of the building.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Public conflict, misinformation, and hostility do not strengthen a community—particularly one managing significant capital projects and regulatory requirements. Constructive engagement improves outcomes, encourages capable leadership, and protects the long-term interests of all owners. One Parker Plaza exists to help reset the tone, encourage accountability, and remind us that progress requires cooperation, even when perspectives differ.
