The Condominium of Parker Plaza Estates, Inc. is a high-rise oceanfront community located in Hallandale Beach, Florida. Developed by Jack Parker Construction and opened in 1971, the building was designed as a landmark residential property offering expansive ocean views, generous living spaces, and a true sense of community.
Rising 22 floors and home to 520 residential units, Parker Plaza remains one of the most recognizable oceanfront buildings in the area.

Parker Plaza was designed by renowned Miami architect Morris Lapidus (1902–2001), a leading figure of the Miami Modern (MiMo) architectural movement. He is best known for shaping Miami Beach’s iconic resort style through projects such as the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, Eden Roc Miami Beach, the Americana Hotel, and his influential work along Lincoln Road.
Parker Plaza reflects Lapidus’s design philosophy—emphasizing light, views, and the human experience—principles that continue to define the building today.

Since its opening, Parker Plaza’s oceanfront setting and distinctive design have attracted residents from many walks of life. Over the years, owners and residents have included entertainers, performers, and public figures who were drawn to the building’s privacy, views, and location.
More importantly, Parker Plaza has been home to generations of residents who have contributed to the character, continuity, and shared identity of the community.

Honoring Parker Plaza’s past means working together to protect its future.
This community has endured change before, and with cooperation, respect, and informed leadership, it can continue to thrive for generations to come.
